ZenSim.. Zen who?
About Us
Welcome to ZenSim, where "Zen" isn't just our name, it's our philosophy. Picture a service that's as chill as a quiet beach at sunset (probably not Bondi), and as reliable as the eggs benny at your go-to café.
Our mission? We want to be the "nice telco", ditching the typical drama from the big players and replacing it with something a little more chill, reliable and sustainable. We're tired of the stiff corporate vibe so... we're trying something new ✌️
The beginning
Our story
We started out as just a couple of computer programmers, who after a combined 20 years working for Australian telecommunications companies (telcos), realised things could be done a whole lot better.
So it was two Aussie lads against the world (well the telco world anyway), and we set out on a mission to create ZenSim. Here we are! We're on a journey to go against the grain, to fight the stigma in the industry and create a brand that is for real, no bullsh*t.
We founded ZenSim as a couple of nerds with some big dreams and we want to be the telco Aussies are proud of. We would love for you to join us for the ride.
Behind the scenes
Who
are we?
Started by our co-founders Josh & Andy, ZenSim is the brain child of these two outstanding humans (we were told we had to write that). Although not a great resemblance, the two characters you see all across our site representing ZenSim are meant to portray Andy & Josh. One thing is for certain, the tall one is definitely not Andy.
Josh Warner
Co-founder of ZenSim, full-time banana bread lover.
Josh has been an engineer for the past 12+ years and in the telecommunications industry for the past six. A self proclaimed developer, designer, copywriter and occasional gym goer, if you have used a ZenSim website or app, it's likely Josh was the one who designed & built it.

Andy Linton
Co-founder of ZenSim, loves a bit of Star Wars.
Andy has been in the telecommunications industry for the better part of 20 years. Somewhat of a super-nerd, Andy is the co-founder of ZenSim and the maestro behind the systems we use to provide our services.

Putting customers first, always
Our focus? You. It's not just about drawing in new customers; we're here to keep our loyal peeps well looked after as well. We're a small business, so each customer means a whole lot more to us than in the "big mobile" world. Our focus? You. Start-up spirit
We're young, we're new, we're modern and we can move quickly. We have seen how hard it is for the big companies to get things done, and we're not about that. We want to innovate, we want to do things better, change and improve, and we want to bring a breath of fresh air to a stale industry - that means we want your feedback and we will actually listen. We're young, we're new, we're modern and we can move quickly. Giving sustainability a nudge
We love our country, and we want to keep it gorgeous. As well as reducing our carbon footprint by supporting Carbon Positive Australia's tree planting programs, we have also committed to giving 2% of our profit to the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, considering it is the largest reef in the planet, it's more than a worthy cause to get behind.
