Our goal with ZenSim is to create a hassle-free, customer-first experience in the telecom space, not just in Australia, but wherever we go.
We're not interested in selling the same old plans with the same uninspiring 'new customer only' deals while leaving loyal users behind.
Any offer we make to new customers? We’ll do our best to extend the same offer to our existing users. We believe in fairness!
We also make an effort to stay in touch with you (without being overbearing!) and give you a heads-up on changes that benefit you, such as plan improvements or suggestions to switch to a better deal.
Unlike bigger companies, we’re small and flexible with no shareholders to answer to or massive overhead to worry about.

Once you're ready, you can start the number transfer process in the ZenSim app by clicking a button. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes, though occasionally there might be a hiccup. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed and help resolve it.
