On selected plans, we offer unlimited or "endless" data, which means after you have used up your data allowance, you may continue to use your service as much as you like but the speeds will be reduced to 2Mbps.

If you're currently with ZenSim on a non endless plan and you switch to an endless/unlimited plan you may do so but it will not take effect until the end of your billing cycle.

Yes you can hotspot using one of our unlimited plans. Though keep in mind once you go over your allocated data cap your speed will be slowed down to 2Mbps.

With our ZenSim plans you can cancel at anytime, so if you only want to stay for a month that is totally possible. Our monthly plans automatically renew as most of our customers use these as a long-term service, so if you would like to cancel you can do so in the ZenSim app (ensuring you do so before your next renewal date or you will be charged for the full following month).

Easy question! With prepaid (like here at ZenSim) you pay for your service before you use it and with postpaid you pay for the service after you have used it.

For example, at ZenSim the day you sign up, you will pay for the following months service then and there, rather than waiting until the end of the month.

It's also important to note at ZenSim we charge monthly on the same day each month - not on 28 day cycles with end up charging you 13 times a year instead of 12!

Absolutely! With our prepaid mobile phone plans, transferring your number is quick and easy. Just choose the option to keep your current number when signing up, and we’ll handle the rest.

You can initiate the transfer directly through the ZenSim app. The process usually takes 10-15 minutes, but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

One of the best things about ZenSim’s mobile plans is how fast you can get your eSIM up and running. If you're getting a new number, your eSIM will typically be ready within minutes.

• For new numbers, we aim to have your eSIM activated within 5 minutes. If there's a delay, we’ll notify you via email, SMS, or through the ZenSim app.
• If you're transferring your existing number, just confirm the activation in the ZenSim app, and your eSIM will be ready for installation.

No need! Once you order your mobile plan and your payment is confirmed, ZenSim will automatically activate your eSIM.

If you're transferring an existing number, you only need to confirm when you’re ready to begin the process to avoid any unexpected service disruptions.

After confirming your mobile plan, you can easily install your eSIM through the ZenSim app, which provides step-by-step instructions for a quick setup.

Remember to activate your ZenSim eSIM alongside any other eSIMs on your device to ensure seamless service.

If you need a replacement eSIM, you can easily request one through the ZenSim app. Just select 'Replace eSIM' in the service management section.

Your new eSIM will be ready for installation once you're notified. ZenSim offers one free replacement per year, with additional replacements available for just $2.

If you've upgraded to a new device, you'll need to request a new eSIM through the ZenSim app, as transferring an eSIM between devices isn't possible at the moment.

No worries! If you've deleted your eSIM, you can easily request a replacement through the ZenSim app. Follow the steps under 'Replace eSIM' in the app to get your new eSIM installed.

ZenSim bills you on a monthly basis starting from the date your service is activated. Each billing cycle falls on the same day each month, keeping payments easy to manage.

• Example: If your service is activated on June 5th, your billing cycle will run from June 5th to July 4th, and your next charge will be on July 5th.

If your phone is lost or stolen, contact ZenSim immediately to suspend your service. Once you have a new phone, you can request a replacement eSIM in the ZenSim app to get back online.

Yes, you can use your phone as a hotspot with ZenSim. Just keep an eye on your data usage, and we’ll send you alerts when you're nearing your limit.

ZenSim offers global roaming with all our mobile plans. You’ll only be charged for roaming if you purchase a roaming pack in advance. Once activated, you'll receive an SMS with details of any charges when you arrive at your destination.

You can cancel your mobile plan at any time through the ZenSim app. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you change your mind, you can reverse the cancellation up to one day before it takes effect.
