On selected plans, we offer unlimited or "endless" data, which means after you have used up your data allowance, you may continue to use your service as much as you like but the speeds will be reduced to 2Mbps.

At the end of your billing cycle these speeds (and your allowances) will be reset as usual.

If you're currently with ZenSim on a non endless plan and you switch to an endless/unlimited plan you may do so but it will not take effect until the end of your billing cycle.

Yes you can hotspot using one of our unlimited plans. Though keep in mind once you go over your allocated data cap your speed will be slowed down to 2Mbps.

With our ZenSim plans you can cancel at anytime, so if you only want to stay for a month that is totally possible. Our monthly plans automatically renew as most of our customers use these as a long-term service, so if you would like to cancel you can do so in the ZenSim app (ensuring you do so before your next renewal date or you will be charged for the full following month).

Easy question! With prepaid (like here at ZenSim) you pay for your service before you use it and with postpaid you pay for the service after you have used it.

For example, at ZenSim the day you sign up, you will pay for the following months service then and there, rather than waiting until the end of the month.

It's also important to note at ZenSim we charge monthly on the same day each month - not on 28 day cycles with end up charging you 13 times a year instead of 12!

Absolutely! With our prepaid mobile phone plans, transferring your number is quick and easy. Just choose the option to keep your current number when signing up, and we’ll handle the rest.

You can initiate the transfer directly through the ZenSim app. The process usually takes 10-15 minutes, but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

One of the best things about ZenSim’s mobile plans is how fast you can get your eSIM up and running. If you're getting a new number, your eSIM will typically be ready within minutes.

• For new numbers, we aim to have your eSIM activated within 5 minutes. If there's a delay, we’ll notify you via email, SMS, or through the ZenSim app.
• If you're transferring your existing number, just confirm the activation in the ZenSim app, and your eSIM will be ready for installation.

You can cancel your mobile plan at any time through the ZenSim app. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you change your mind, you can reverse the cancellation up to one day before it takes effect.
