This depends whether you refer a monthly customer (meaning to our Australian monthly plans) or a new Travel eSIM customer. Let's break down the difference:

Travel eSIM customer: For every new travel eSIM customer you refer we will give you both $5. Meaning your friend will save $5 using your referral URL and you will get a $5 voucher added to your account for automatic use on your next purchase.

Monthly mobile customer: We will apply a credit to your account of 100% of the value of your friends first months payment (excluding any discounts applied). So for example, if you refer a new customer and they sign up for a $40 plan, you will get a $40 credit applied to your account. Your friends will also receive a discount of $5/mth for their first 3 months.

Easy, if you log into our ZenSim app using the email and password you entered when you bought your plan with us, and navigate to the Squad Savings tab you will be able to copy and share your referral URL.

For every Travel eSIM customer you refer, you will get a A$5 voucher added to your account and your friend will save $5 on their purchase and for every monthly mobile customer you refer you will earn 100% of their first purchase.

Nope! There is no limit! Every successful referral will give you a credit or voucher on your account that will automatically be applied to your next invoice (for monthly plans) or purchase (for travel eSIMs).

For monthly plan referrals, in the event you have multiple services at different subscription cycles, the credit will be applied to the next invoice, regardless of the referral number your friend used.

Any voucher added to your account for referring a travel eSIM customer will stay on your account until you use it since we understand most people don't travel super regularly.

Any travel eSIM vouchers you earn on your account will be automatically applied to your next purchase - you can track your unused referral vouchers in the Squad Savings tab in the ZenSim app.

If you referred a monthly customer, your credit will be applied to your next invoice automatically which will be within the next month or so.

If you want to refer a travel eSIM customer, any referral vouchers you earn will be added to your account and automatically applied to your next purchase, the vouchers do not expire.

If you want to refer a monthly customer then you will need an active monthly plan with us in order to do so.

Yep! We have Squad Savings for Travel eSIMs and Monthly plans now. They both function the same using the same referral URL but the rewards differ. If you refer a travel eSIM customer both you and your friend will save A$5, them on their purchase and you on your next purchase.

Squad Savings will only apply for referring new customers, if you have been a customer with ZenSim previously it does not apply. Also a quick legal note, attempting to sign up using misleading information is against our terms of use and will result in a removal of credits.
