No, our Caribbean travel eSIMs do not include any phone number - they strictly provide internet data. For calls, use data - driven apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, or Facetime.

Extending a long trip: If you're travelling to Caribbean for more than 30 days, you can add as many top ups as you need to your first eSIM to extend the days and data you have. Multi country top ups: You can now add multiple countries to most of our eSIMs via top up, so if you're in Europe for example and are stopping over in Dubai on the way home, you can add a Dubai top up to your Europe eSIM so you don't need to reinstall anything. Alternate country top ups will only activate when you arrive in the new country.

Our Caribbean unlimited plans include a 3GB daily allowance, which is more than enough for most people - average daily usage tends to sit under 1GB.

If you happen to use more than that in a day, your speed gets limited to 1Mbps until midnight, at which point your full-speed allowance kicks back in.

This only applies to unlimited plans - if you've chosen a fixed-data plan like 10GB or 20GB, there's no daily throttling at all, just use it freely until it runs out. We'll let you know before that happens, and you can top up in seconds via the ZenSim app.

Not at all - installing early doesn't use up any of your days or data, and it doesn't set a start date either. Everything stays dormant until you actually land in Caribbean.
