Yep! 99% of our eSIMs can be topped up within the ZenSim app with just a couple of clicks. If you run out of data, need more days, or you even want to add a new destination to the same eSIM, you can do all of this in the top up section in the Zen Garden in the app.

Log into the app, navigate to the Zen Garden to find your Singapore service, and you will see a button to up your eSIM right there.

Extending a long trip: If you're travelling to Singapore for more than 30 days, you can add as many top ups as you need to your first eSIM to extend the days and data you have. Alternate country top ups will only activate when you arrive in the new country.

Single-country eSIMs like the Singapore one are only valid within that country once activated.

Our Singapore unlimited plans include a 3GB daily allowance, which is more than enough for most people - average daily usage tends to sit under 1GB.

If you happen to use more than that in a day, your speed gets limited to 1Mbps until midnight, at which point your full-speed allowance kicks back in.

This only applies to unlimited plans - if you've chosen a fixed-data plan like 10GB or 20GB, there's no daily throttling at all, just use it freely until it runs out. We'll let you know before that happens, and you can top up in seconds via the ZenSim app.

It won't activate the moment you buy it - your Singapore eSIM won't touch your data or days until you actually arrive, so there's no downside to installing it in advance.
