Your eSIM will activate automatically when you arrive in Global. Though we recommend installing your Global Travel eSIM before you arrive (this is different to activating).
To do this, scan the QR code we provide or install the eSIM directly from the ZenSim app while connected to WiFi. Once you arrive in Global, your eSIM will activate automatically.

Of course. You can install your Global eSIM up to 30 days before departure. Once you arrive, it will activate automatically.
Installing early won’t use any data or start your plan until you arrive in Global.
