After activation in Pakistan, your eSIM won’t usually work elsewhere. Each country typically needs its own eSIM unless you're using a regional one.

If you happen to use more than that in a day, your speed gets limited to 1Mbps until midnight, at which point your full-speed allowance kicks back in.

Your plan won't start using data or counting down days until you actually arrive in Pakistan - so there's zero risk in installing it early.
