Log into the app, navigate to the Zen Garden to find your Poland service, and you will see a button to up your eSIM right there.

Extending a long trip: If you're travelling to Poland for more than 30 days, you can add as many top ups as you need to your first eSIM to extend the days and data you have. Each top up will only take effect when the previous eSIM is expired so you can purchase the top ups any time you want without worrying about overwriting your existing plan.

Multi country top ups: You can now add multiple countries to most of our eSIMs via top up, so if you're in Europe for example and are stopping over in Dubai on the way home, you can add a Dubai top up to your Europe eSIM so you don't need to reinstall anything. Alternate country top ups will only activate when you arrive in the new country.

Once activated in Poland, your eSIM typically won’t function outside that country.

Only on unlimited plans, and only past 3GB in a single day - which is a generous amount, considering most travellers use less than 1GB daily.

If you do go past 3GB, your speed will be limited to 1Mbps until midnight, when it resets and you're back to full speed again.

Fixed-data plans (10GB, 20GB, etc.) don't have any daily throttling - you're free to use your data at whatever pace suits you until the plan's used up. We'll flag it before you run out, and topping up takes just a couple of taps in the ZenSim app.

There's no fixed start date the moment you buy it - your plan sits dormant until you actually arrive in Poland, so buying and installing it early doesn't cost you any data or days.

Once you land, provided the eSIM is already installed, it activates automatically and that's your official start date.

Your expiry date follows on from there - the plan ends once either your data or your days run out, whichever comes first (or just the days, if you're on unlimited). So a 30-day plan expires 30 days after you land in Poland, regardless of when you originally bought it.
