No, our Seychelles eSIMs only deliver mobile data. For voice or SMS, you’ll need to use an app that works over data - WhatsApp, Skype, or other similar internet calling platforms.
Our Seychelles travel eSIM is strictly for data; it doesn’t come with a phone number or traditional call/SMS service. Use an internet calling app if you need voice communication.
Your eSIM will activate automatically when you arrive in Seychelles. We recommend installing your Seychelles Travel eSIM in advance (installation is different from activation).
Just scan the QR code you receive or install via the ZenSim app using WiFi. Once you touch down in Seychelles, your eSIM will go live automatically.

Yep! 99% of our eSIMs can be topped up within the ZenSim app with just a couple of clicks. If you run out of data, need more days, or you even want to add a new destination to the same eSIM, you can do all of this in the top up section in the Zen Garden in the app.
Log into the app, navigate to the Zen Garden, and you will see a button to tp up your eSIM right there.
Extending a long trip: If you're travelling for more than 30 days, you can add as many top ups as you need to your first eSIM to extend the days and data you have. Each top up will only take effect when the previous eSIM is expired so you can purchase the top ups any time you want without worrying about overwriting your existing plan.
Multi country top ups: You can now add multiple countries to most of our eSIMs via top up, so if you're in Europe for example and are stopping over in Dubai on the way home, you can add a Dubai top up to your Europe eSIM so you don't need to reinstall anything. Alternate country top ups will only activate when you arrive in the new country.
The eSIM activates when you touch down in Seychelles - if you’ve already installed it, it should connect automatically.
Installing while already in Seychelles works too; it will start as soon as you complete setup.
