The ZenSim Partners program is our affiliate system where we pay our partners for referring us customers. Share your QR code or unique link with your audience, and when someone purchases a ZenSim product you will be paid a commission for it.

We have two different product types so the commission is different between the two.

Monthly plan referrals: If you refer a monthly mobile customer we will pay 100% of the first month to you, plus a 5% trailing as long as the customer stays with us.

Travel eSIM referrals: For each Travel eSIM customer you refer to us, we pay 10% of the sale price as a commission.

There are not! All you need to do is ensure whoever you refer to us, uses your custom URL or QR code in order to access our website - provided they do this at least once, we store their information if they happen to come back later via another route.

We don’t have a minimum referral requirement, but we do expect our partners to have some way of driving sign-ups. Whether it’s through a business, website, social media following, or a network. This program is for people who can share the ZenSim love with a bigger audience, not just their inner circle. If you’re more into referring friends or family, check out our Squad Savings page - it's perfect that purpose!

Keeping tabs on your growing earnings is easy with our Partner Portal. You can track referrals in real time, clicks, purchases, add URLs, manage your commission payments and a whole bunch more.

In our Partner Portal on the home screen you will be able to see your URLs. These are unique to you and you can create additional ones if needed.

You will have a default URL in there which you can use. To share you can simply click the copy icon and paste it wherever you like.

For our Travel partners we do also have a QR code we can provide you which is a cardboard tent which can be placed in your place of business in order to get people to sign up - this is best for hotels & hostels and businesses with a lot of foot traffic.

Great question! When a potential customer arrives on our site using your custom link or QR code, the data within your link will be saved into the browser of their device for 60 days. If the user leaves, and returns at a later date on the same device without using your link, not to worry, everything will still function as if they clicked the link and the sale will be recorded against your account.

It's easy, just fill out the Partner Application form on the Monthly plan partners or Travel partners page, and we’ll get back to you ASAP. Once approved we'll set you up with a login to our Partner Portal and give you all of the info you need to get up and running.

Keep in mind, if you don't have a way to drive a decent amount of sales via your business, website, social media or other channels, your application will likely be denied. For these types of referrals check out our Squad Savings page.

We pay commissions on or around the 15th of the month for the previous month. Eg. You refer a customer on any day in the month of the January, you will receive payment on or around the 15th of February.

You will need to add your PayPal or Wise details to the Partner Portal in order for us to pay out the commission.

Once we have paid commissions out, we will update the data in the portal so you can track when you were paid.

Absolutely not! The more the merrier. The more customers you're able to get to sign up to ZenSim is great for both you and us, as we get new customers and you get commissions for those customers, win-win!

The primary responsibility of a ZenSim partner is promoting our mobile plans or Travel eSIMs by sharing your unique URL or QR code with your audience to encourage sign-ups. As ZenSim will handle customer service and support, your role is just to refer new customers to us and ensure accurate promotion of our pricing, benefits and discounts (if any) wherever you promote us.

If you would like to add our logo or other branded material to your website or other places we can help you with creative for that also as this would need to follow our brand guidelines.

For Travel eSIMs we are able to create a placard aka table-tent which you can place at your place of business ie. the check-in desk at your hostel.

We can also help you with creatives and things of this nature for you to market on your channels if necessary.

If you would like to add something to your website, we can see if our developers are able to assist you with this also, this depends on the time and complexity involved, but if it's something our guys can get done quickly then we would be happy to help free of charge.
